Due to the nature of our product, all sales of honey are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any honey jars once they have been purchased.
This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and freshness for all of our customers. Honey is a food item and, for health and safety reasons, cannot be returned or resold.
Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with the product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve any concerns on a case-by-case basis.
