Fresh Cows Milk
We are so fortunate to have family cows that provide us with fresh milk daily. The daily amount has become more than we can keep up with ourselves and that's where you come in. You are able to buy a share for a monthly fee and receive a gallon a week of fresh cows milk. Now, let's meet the ladies!
Daisy
Daisy is a Jersey Cross. She is 3 years old. Sweet Daisy had a stillborn calf so we did not do a share with her. We have a lot of cows calving and she was to be a backup for milk and for calves if needed. She will continue to provide milk until she is ready to calve again.
Taylor
Taylor is a purebred Brown Swiss. Brown Swiss are known for their large size and high quality milk. Taylor is a sweet lady and tries to come into the barn every time we open the door. She wants loves and food!
Swift
Swift is a purebred Brown Swiss. Taylor & Swift were brought in as a pair. The kids sang to Taylor Swift the whole way home from Colorado with them so naturally the pair had to be named after her. Swift is on the shy side but still loves to try and sneak in the barn for extra grain any chance she gets.
Jeannie
Jeannie is a purebred Brown Swiss. Jeannie and Patty were brought in as a pair. Jeannie is probably the sweetest of the bunch, she doesn't like to leave the barn and likes to detour to the grain bin after her milking.
Lainey
Lainey is a registered jersey brought in with Wilson & Tina. She is a first time mama and is a great producer so far.

Patty
Patty is a purebred Brown Swiss. Jeannie and Patty were brought in as a pair. Patty is our only dark brown Brown Swiss but is our highest producer at almost 2.5 gallons a milking.
